| Leg lifts.
Here I lay on my back kinda like bridges, with one leg brought in towards my body, and with the other leg flat out on the floor. Keeping my leg that is flat out straight, i lift it up until it is parallel with the my leg that started out bent. I hold in this position for 5 sec. then i slowly lower my leg. I do 3 sets of 15 for each leg. This one starts out easy, but it gets difficult very quickly.

| Exercise Bike
Here I am riding on your average run of the mill exercise bike. I usually ride it for 20 min at a time. I usually start out somewhat slow, and my motion is jerky at times. After a few minutes though I gradually speed up and my motion becomes more fluid as it would normally be.

| Modified Bridges
I lie on my back, and bring my feet in towards my rear. Thus bending my knees to about a 110o angle. Then I lift my body up as one unit, making a line with my body between my knees and my head. see pictures. When I am in this position, then I straighten out my right leg so that I'm only supported by my left leg, and my shoulders. Then I bring my right leg back in, and straighten out my left leg, and then bring it back in, and lower my rear back to the floor. This counts as one, and then I repeat this process 14 more times. I end up doing 3 sets of 15 at a time.

| Lying on side leg lifts thing
I lie on my right side and lift my left leg up about 2 ft in the air, and hold it there for 5 sec. Then I move my left leg backwards a foot or two, and hold it there for 5 sec. Then I bring it straight down and back to the starting position which is slightly above and in front of my right leg. And then repeat it 14 more times. I do 3 sets of 15 leg lifts at a time, alternating between my right and left legs as I go.

| Blue Air Pressure Sleeve Thing

This Air Sleeve pressurizes from the foot, to the knee. It fills with air applying pressure to the leg, forcing fluid up out of the leg.

| Cold Therapy
the cold ice pump thing which regulates the temp of the water around the knee at 45oF. I usually leave it on for about an hour or so at a time.
| Electro Therapy
2 or 4 electrodes are placed around my knee, and electricity is sent through my knee, causing my muscles to fire. It doesn't hurt a bit, and is really cool.

| Ultrasound
The nice folks at the therapy center have also done some ultrasound therapies, not to peer into my body as one does with a pregnant woman, but to get the cells moving around, and get the fluid moving around so that it will move out of my knee.
